It’s no secret, Boxed believes in education. Our CEO Chieh Huang pays for every Boxed employees’ kids’ college tuition, and now we’re excited to launch our Raspberry Pi contest in support of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
Cute name, but what exactly are Raspberry Pis? Raspberry Pis are low-cost, high-performance computers, perfect for the newbie or experienced engineer. At Boxed, we’ve used Raspberry Pis to power our Project Smile technology (received a selfie of your order? Yep, that’s Project Smile!).
Now, we want to see what you can create with your Raspberry Pi. Simply share a photo or video of your Raspberry Pi project along with a 100-word or less description to Facebook or Instagram, making sure you tag @BoxedWholesale and #boxedraspberrypicontest. We’re looking for creativity, user experience, technical strength, design and application viability. One winner will score a 1-year Adabox Subscription Box (valued at $240) plus a $500 Boxed Gift Card!
