Adafruit MCP9600 I2C Thermocouple Amplifier – K, J, T, N, S, E, B and R Type T: Thermocouples are very sensitive, requiring a good amplifier with a cold-compensation reference. The Adafruit MCP9600 does all that for you, and can be easily interfaced with any microcontroller or single-board-computer with I2C. Inside, the chip handles all the analog stuff for you, and can interface with just about any thermocouple type: K, J, T, N, S, E, B and R type are all supported! You can also set various alerts for over/under temperature, and read the thermocouple (hot) temperature and the chip (cold) temperature. All this over common I2C

2.9″ Flexible Monochrome eInk / ePaper Display – 296×128 Monochrome: Woah, the cyber-future is here! Flexible E-Ink has been demo’d at high tech events for years but now you can actually get your paws on it. This display is true E-Ink / E-Paper, once an image is displayed it will stay even once you remove all power. The image is also high contrast and very daylight readable. It really does look just like printed paper!
Adafruit AirLift FeatherWing – ESP32 WiFi Co-Processor: Give your Feather project a lift with the Adafruit AirLift FeatherWing – a FeatherWing that lets you use the powerful ESP32 as a WiFi co-processor. You probably have your favorite Feather (like the Feather M4) that comes with its own set of awesome peripherals and lots of libraries. But it doesn’t have WiFi built in! So lets give that chip a best friend, the ESP32. This chip can handle all the heavy lifting of connecting to a WiFi network and transferring data from a site, even if its using the latest TLS/SSL encryption (it has root certificates pre-burned in).
