Power Sponge #3Dprinting #3DThursday

Ever wondered why cleaning a kitchen should be so much harder than polishing something in your workshop?
This thing introduces power tools to your household cleaning jobs!
It attaches a standard sponge to a power drill
Printing time of about 70 minutes; 15g of filament, two nuts M8 and a short piece of threaded rod M8. Works for typical kitchen sponges – about 45mm wide in the recess.
Just slide the sponge in – works up to higher RPMs than I expected…
Only be careful not to use too much water
Make sure to run the drill CCW for not loosening the nuts when using.Have fun while power cleaning in this strange spring!!

Every Thursday is #3dthursday here at Adafruit! The DIY 3D printing community has passion and dedication for making solid objects from digital models. Recently, we have noticed electronics projects integrated with 3D printed enclosures, brackets, and sculptures, so each Thursday we celebrate and highlight these bold pioneers!
Have you considered building a 3D project around an Arduino or other microcontroller? How about printing a bracket to mount your Raspberry Pi to the back of your HD monitor? And don’t forget the countless LED projects that are possible when you are modeling your projects in 3D!
