This is a Raspberry Pi 4 created from the official Raspberry Pi 4 DXF file found at the following link: https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/hardware/raspberrypi/mechanical/README.md

I created it as a mock up for some projects I am working on as handy to have a working model for assemblies. The STL and STEP file are uploaded here.

I basically extruded the ICs and few of the larger components, then added and placed best fit 3.5mm jack, USB-C, Micro HDMI, USB 3 and Ethernet connectors.

Should prove useful for anyone making a project with a Raspberry Pi 4 so they can prototype the assembly before actually printing.

Every Thursday is #3dthursday here at Adafruit! The DIY 3D printing community has passion and dedication for making solid objects from digital models. Recently, we have noticed electronics projects integrated with 3D printed enclosures, brackets, and sculptures, so each Thursday we celebrate and highlight these bold pioneers!

Have you considered building a 3D project around an Arduino or other microcontroller? How about printing a bracket to mount your Raspberry Pi to the back of your HD monitor? And don’t forget the countless LED projects that are possible when you are modeling your projects in 3D!
