I wrote a node.js app connected to twitter that watched for tweets containing a determined hashtag, once a tweet was sent with the # the system returned a unique token on a url using a DirectMessage sent automatically from the brand account but using my node app….
Used on a private event from the brand, the node.js app ran a whole day on a raspberry PI on my shop
